Be Ready for the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Going Into Effect In May 25, 2018

Beginning on May 25, 2018, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will go into effect. AdView Technology will be in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU Data Subjects. Acting as a Data Controller in relation to our publisher partners, AdView Technology will be able to collect and process your end-users' personal data through your apps, your end-users’ consent, in order to serve more targeted advertisements.
As per the GDPR please take time to read and accept our Data Protection Addendum (DPA), which forms part of our master agreement. If you forego accepting the DPA, it will become automatically binding on May 25, 2018.

Besides the DPA, our Android and iOS SDKs will support the IAB’s in-app GDPR consent tool or any other solution that adheres to the same in-app consent APIs. This seamless integration into our SDKs will allow you to gather the required end-user consent using the above mentioned IAB solution for collecting, processing and distributing EEA personal data for advertising and other purposes.
